Batuan Village Temple
Meet your driver at 9am at your accommodation’s lobby and begin your tour with a visit to Batuan Temple. Marvel at the beautiful Hindu temple as you learn its spiritual significance and points out the magnificent architecture and unique black palm roof.
Tegalalang Rice Field in Ubud
Continue north to Tegalalang village to marvel at the UNESCO-listed rice terraces, one of Bali’s most photographed sights. Learn about the pioneering ‘subak’ system – the Balinese cooperative irrigation system – for which the terraces are known, as you admire the views over the rice paddies.
Batur Volcano view from Kintamani
After lunch (own expense), you will discover Kintamani village to see the beautiful of Batur volcano view surrounded by it’s lake. It is an active volcano with 1,717m high above sea level and last erupted was in 2000.
Tegenungan Waterfall

Coffee Luwak Making Process
Visit a coffee, cocoa and tea plantation on your way home. The coffee is made from the beans of coffee berries which have been eaten by Luwak the Asian Palm Civet (Paradoxurus hermaphroditus) and other related civets, then passed through its digestive tract. In their digestive tracts, fermentation occurs. The coffee beans finish the journey by passing through civets’ intestines before they defecate. After that the farmers will collect the still-intact beans from the forest floor followed by cleaning, roasting and grounding process just like any other coffee. You will be shown the process of making this coffee and also tasting for all coffee, tea and cocoa drinks are including, except for Coffee Luwak (which you can purchase).
